1. first understand the UPS host and battery equipment

The UPS host and lithium-ion battery are operating normally, but the service life of the UPS battery pack has exceeded its service life. 2. Make relocation planning

On-site investigation → on-site communication with Party A's technical personnel → determination of implementation method → analysis of equipment → formulation of emergency method. The UPS power supply process for lithium-ion batteries is important to be formulated according to the requirements before relocation. It is important to have a detailed understanding of the current system equipment and system operation. 3. Personnel organization arrangement

The computer room information center is responsible for the overall coordination of the UPS battery relocation work, and a relocation commander is set up.

Be responsible for implementing the work progress of each unit according to the time schedule of the relocation method, coordinating the interconnection of the work of each unit, adjusting the situation in time, and coordinating the overall command of the relocation work.

Computer Room Construction Working Group

According to the requirements of the battery (12 groups, a total of 256 sections) one by one in place.

Equipment Relocation Working Group

Responsible for the relocation of safe, intact and complete equipment (batteries). After dismantling from the original machine room, gently move and transport them into the new machine room, and place the equipment (batteries) and connect them in place accordingly.

Equipment Commissioning Working Group

It is composed of engineers from the original equipment maintenance unit, responsible for the shutdown of the original lithium ion battery UPS, the detection and debugging of UPS lines and performance.

4. Formulate execution time

Due to the large number of replaced batteries, the weight of the battery is also relatively heavy; and considering the construction conditions of the site, the installation work has a certain degree of difficulty, plus the preparation work before installation and the commissioning work after installation, so a certain amount of construction time should be given.

5. Steps for dismantling UPS

The UPS and battery to be relocated shall be self-checked, and the battery connection line from primary battery to new battery shall be laid.

Shut down the lithium-ion battery UPS, measure the voltage with a multimeter, and confirm that the input and output are open and disconnected.

The battery switch is closed. Disassembled UPS host and battery are transported separately.
